Niahmi is committed to the exceptional quality and craftsmanship of our made-to-order and custom-made jewelry. Our Lifetime Warranty is designed to give you peace of mind and ensure satisfaction with your cherished piece.

Our Lifetime Warranty covers any manufacturing defects in your Niahmi jewelry. In the unlikely event you encounter a problem, we are here to make it right.

If you believe your piece has a manufacturing defect, please contact us with detailed photos and a short video of the item. This allows us to preliminarily evaluate the issue and determine if it might be a manufacturing defect. Should we determine that the issue could be a manufacturing defect, you will need to send the item back to us at your own expense. Upon confirming a manufacturing defect, we will repair the damage or, in exceptional cases, replace the product at no cost to you, except for shipping. We will cover the shipping charges for sending the repaired or replaced item back to you. Please note that a replacement is offered as a one-time courtesy and does not include diamonds, which are not covered under this warranty or replacement policy. Given the made-to-order and custom-made nature of our jewelry, slight variations are normal and are not considered defects. If the damage is assessed and determined not to be caused by a manufacturing defect, or if it involves diamonds, we will provide you with a quote for repairing the item. This quote will include repair and return shipping charges.

Any work performed on the item by a jeweler or third party other than Niahmi will void this warranty. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, warped rings, discoloration from harsh chemicals or makeup, product loss, or damage due to improper use, cleaning, or storage.

  • The item must not have been subjected to unreasonable force or harmful conditions.
  • The item must have been stored and handled correctly.
  • An abused, altered, or incorrectly cleaned item is not eligible for warranty repair.
  • The warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser.
  • Original proof of purchase must be provided to verify the purchase and avail our warranty.

FREE RING RESIZING POLICY

Eligibility:

  • Customers are eligible for one complimentary ring resizing within the first year from the date of shipment arrival.
  • Resizing is available for adjustments up to one size larger or smaller than the original size.
  • Eternity rings, due to their design, are not eligible for free resizing.

Process and Shipping:

  • To request a resizing, customers should contact our support team at connect@niahmi.ca. Detailed instructions and support for sending the ring back to us for resizing will be provided.
  • The processing time for resizing varies depending on the complexity of the ring design, but we aim to return your ring within a 15-20 day window.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the ring to us. We will cover the return shipping costs within Canada, ensuring the resized ring is sent back to the customer at no additional charge.
  • The returned resized ring will be fully insured during transit to guarantee a risk-free return.

Exclusions and Limitations:

  • Rings that are engraved are not eligible for free resizing due to the specific and individual nature of these items.
  • Any modifications made by another jeweler will void this resizing policy.
  • This service is exclusively available for rings purchased directly from our store.
  • The offer of resizing is limited to one free adjustment per ring within the first year of purchase.
  • Additional diamonds required due to resizing of pave designs will incur extra charges.
