We cover shipping costs back to you in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects, while all other shipping charges are generally the responsibility of the customer.

20.3 Lifetime Warranty

Our products come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, detailed in our Lifetime Warranty Policy. Note that this warranty excludes diamonds and covers only the repair or replacement of items confirmed as defective, as per the terms specified. Shipping costs for sending items back due to manufacturing defects will be covered by us, as outlined in the Lifetime Warranty Policy.
